Analyst / Associate (India & Middle East Team)

You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership at client organizations and work closely with Ayna’s global team—including alumni of McKinsey, Bain, and other top-tier firms—to deliver rigorous insights and drive implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and conduct analyses to solve complex client problems across the industrial value chain
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations through client-ready presentations and materials
• Conduct primary and secondary research (e.g., expert interviews, industry benchmarking)
• Support workshop facilitation, client meetings, and implementation of roadmaps
• Collaborate with the global team (including the U.S., Europe, and Middle East) to deliver high-quality results under tight timelines
• Take ownership of workstreams or small modules within larger engagements
